How do I pay my Tutor?

After you agree with the quote from your tutor, it is time to fund you tutors account. This signals to the tutor that funds are available for the job and gets the work started. Once a task?has been completed, if you are satisfied with the work, you will release the funds. If your tutor did not meet the requirements of your Job Agreement, do not approve the release of any money. Funding Tutors Account so they can start working:

NOTE: In order to fund a job make sure that you have bought sufficient credits. To fund a job, log in to your TutorASAP account and follow the steps below:

	Click the “Find a Tutor ” tab in the top navigation bar and select “Distant Support”

	Next, click on the “Deposit Credits” link for your selected class

	Now enter the funding amount and click on “Deposit Credits” Your tutor will receive a notification when you fund the job.

Remember, the tutor is not obligated to begin work until you have not funded the account. Approving and Paying for Completed Work The tutor will send you a message when your project is done.

If you are satisfied with the work, you should release the funds. To release a payment for a job, log in to your TutorASAP account and follow the steps below:

	Click the “My Activities ” tab in the top navigation bar and select “My Distant Supports” option

	Next, find from the list your selected tutor whom you want to pay for finishing the job.

	Now click on “Release” to pay your tutor for that specific task

Note: If you do not respond to a tutor request for release of funds, funds in TutorASAP will be automatically released to the tutor 10 days after the tutor has requested release. If you are not satisfied with the services from your tutor or if they did not meet the requirements of your Job Agreement, you will need to request Dispute Assistance and contact admin.

To request a refund of funds still held in your tutors account, you can press “Cancel fund”and if the tutor approves, the funds will be returned to the original credit source. If the contractor does not agree to a terms change, you will need to contact admin.

	In the new page tell us exactly what you need, your dead line and your maximum budget. Also make sure to attach your work as “Word”, “PDF”, or “Excel”. ?Now click on “send”.

	Once your project is complete, the final files will be sent to you through your account messenger. If you need revision please let us know and it will be done free of cost to you.
